Answer
This "so-called" bicycle? http://www.amazon.com/Fusion-Suspension-Mountain-Orange-26-Inch/dp/B001DERH4E

A) Yes, you are waaaaay too tall for that bike.
B) Quit thinking tire or wheel size. You NEED a bigger (taller) FRAME size.
C) It's a crappy bike.
D) With a cheap full suspension bike you will B-O-U-N-C-E down the road more than ride down the road.
E) Unless you're off road a LOT - you don't NEED a full squish bike, especially a cheap one. Suspension parts absorb or soak up YOUR energy. With every stroke of the pedals, part of YOUR energy is soaked up by those parts & NOT transmitted to the rear wheel.

Want or need a good bike? Then Go To A Bicycle Shop - not online. You can test ride anything you like B4 the sale. Amazing! That "thing" you referred to would be broke in 6 months to a year at the most. Designed for kids & teenagers - not someone 6' 3" tall.

Black Friday sale! Is the buttercup bike a good deal?
