Toddler bike with push handle?

crysta_777

I'm looking for a toddler bike with training wheels (not a tricycle) that also has a push handle for my little girl (I add the little girl part because she thinks she is a princess and everything has to look like it's for a little girl, so no red and blue). I have searched on-line for about 2 days now and the only ones I can find are in Europe. Needless to say I don't want to pay shipping from Europe. If anyone knows where to find one and could help me out I would greatly appreciate it!!

what brand is a good affordable kids bike?

Q. we are looking to get our son a 20 inch bike. he is turning 6 in a month and he is a tall boy so we were thinking a 20 inch would last him a good long time compared to his current 16 inch bike. is 20 inch a good size to get him to last him a long time?
what is a good affordable name brand?
by affordable i mean not over $100. are walmart bikes good for kids??

Answer
a walmart bike is fine. the higher priced bikes are made with higher quality parts to ensure a longer life. a kid's bike is only going to be used 3 or 4 years. its fine. happy biking.

yes, huffy is a good brand sold at many stores, maybe even walmart.

hey! also, in my town, our local police force had an auction in the spring. i was surprised at the condition of some of the bikes there. it really is worth trying if your city has any event like this.

Why is it so hard to find a 14-Inch bike for my son?

Abigail

My son is 3 1/2 and sat on a 12-Inch bike yesterday. He rode it great but his knees already came up high so I was thinking he needed a 14-Inch bike but they are hard to find. 12 and 16-Inch are common but why no 14-Inch? I think a 16-Inch would be too big but the 12" look small. Any suggestions?
If 14" bikes aren't made, would a 16" bike be okay or should he be on a too small 12"?
I saw one 14" bike at Toys R Us and none, anywhere else.

Answer
The standard 12, 16, 20, 24 etc. exists because the 4" gap is considered small enough to accommodate all riders. Kids bikes are one size frame (in general - but there are size differences) At 3 1/2 I would think a 12" wheeled bike would work. Was the seat all the way down when he rode it? If so you can simply raise the seat - you'll need to do this a couple times a year to keep up with his growth. Usually, by the time the seat is as high as it can go, the next size with the seat set low will work. Because kids grow so fast the in-between sizes really aren't needed.

Unless your boy is very big for his age, I'm sure a 12" would be fine with the seat adjusted. He'll out grow it but kids bikes are so cheap it's usually not a cash issue. If you can't afford it, buy a used one at a garage sale etc. Also, friends, neighbors and family are usually looking to give old ones away, like you'll be doing in a few years. And if indeed a 16" is really in order check it out on him at the store. If he won't be riding until spring then maybe a 16" will fit in 6 months.

Be sure to check his bike out over the year. My kids are the only ones in the neighborhood with the seats adjusted right, tires pumped up, chain lubed and brakes in good working order.

I'm very attentive to my kid's bikes as I'm really into cycling. My 2 daughters have progressed fine from 12" to 16" to 24" now... and I'm a picky dad when it comes to bikes. The sizes worked fine.

should kids race dirt bike?

Trevor H

Answer
That would depend on what sort of commitment the parent is prepared to make in the sport. I know I sometimes wonder if we should have let our children get involved due to the cost and also the injuries. The sport is great fun and something for kids to do that doesn't involve staring at a computer screen for hours on end. But if your child ends up wanting to take the sport to a higher level then it becomes very expensive.
All the young children that I know of over the years that have been involved in the sport just love it. Some stay involved all their lives and others find other interests.
But as long as the right safety gear is used then there is no reason why small kids should not race. Some of them are more competitive than the adults.

would a 5 ft 2 kid fit on the 125cc Giovanni dirt bike?

bullrider6

Answer
seat hight is the key thing to look for, a 5' 2" person would be able to stand comfortably on a bike with a seat hight around 30" (depending on how much hight is in their legs) on a dirtbike, you can have a higher unloaded seat hight and still be ok because they have alot more shock travel and go down alot farther when you sit on them than street bikes do.

KIDS motorcycle HELMETS?

carrie

Im currently pregnant with a boy im so excited he is going to be just like his mommy . I have a sports bike and thought it would be something to get the baby started at i have been looking at mini pocket rockets i found a bunch and i want to get one i kno its a little early to be thinking that but i want to start riding him at 3 but i wont put him on without a helmet maybe they will make some in the next three years but does anyone one kno of a website or anything with small full faced helmets and body suits so he wont get all roughed up
and NO im not riding my bike while im pregnant

Answer
Believe it or not, but I found small kids helmets that even had a DOT sticker at Wal Mart. They were full face and I picked 2 of them up for $15 each. I found them in the bicycle section; not sure if they were mismarked or what; but they were a great deal. I just gave them away recently to a neighbor kid who is just starting to ride. You can also check at a bicycle store. With the popularity of BMX these days, I would bet they have good helmets as well. Good Luck with your little knee dragger!!

Why are bicycle helmets so huge?

Q. Jeez, I put one on my Grand Son and it was as big as he was.
What happened to the day when a kid threw on his jeans, T shirt and tennis shoes and jumped on his bike?

Answer
Fake

Those kids all died off from head injuries! :-)

I was one of those kids. Yes we survived. But, cycling today is much different than the cycling we did. We cruised. Todays cyclists ride, do tricks, jump, at speeds, and distances beyond anything we ever dreamed of.

My kids rode in infant seats over my rear tire. I would not ever conceive of them in that seat without a helmet on! When they were really young the helmet was so large because it was all foam, this to keep the weight to a minimum. As they got older, the plastic shell and better suspension systems followed. Their bodies grew and it became a little more proportional.

Well grand dad. Get him on the back of your bike or in a trailer and ride! It will do you both good!

Have you noticed that we are much different than our parents? Most of our parents as 'grand pa's' could barely move. I am riding, ref'ing, and running all the time. What a difference in the quality of life in just one generation!

Get out there and enjoy!

dirt bike price?

i have a 70 cc dirt bike that i would like to sell. it is a 2004 honda. i have rode it less than 10 hours ( prlly more like 5). how much could i sell this for?

Answer
Great bike they hold their value well. See what others are listed for on www.cycletrader.com This bike will be purchased by a dad for his kid, so if it is in the shape you said you may get a little more for it. Wash it good, Adjust and lube the chain, remove any stickers that you added, A light coat of Armoroil or WD-40 makes it shine. wipe off the excess. Check tire pressure, Clean the air filter and airbox, clean all the hard to reach areas. Dads will look it over more than a kid.

Bought stolen bike, crashed it while intox.?

SpeshL BLe

So this kid bought a bike that was stolen with no title and the vin number scratched off. He had been drinking and went speeding around a neighborhood, crashed into a parked car and was thrown. Not too much damage to the kid, but the bike was totaled and car had a little damage. He's in the hospital now. What is going to happen to him?

Is he definitely getting a dwi? Is he going to jail most likely? Since he bought the bike illegally, there really isn't proof that he even bought it at all right? Are the cops just going to charge him with grand theft auto? Thanks for any info.
.....no I mean street bike... motorcycle...

Answer
With no title and altered VIN, this kid is pretty much of an idiot. He cant plead anything to help himself in court on this one.

Off the top of my head, he is looking at RSP (receiving stolen property), Grand Theft Auto ( if the value of the motorcycle is over $3,000. NOT what he paid, but the considered value). Drunk driving, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance, property damage, loss of physical control and if he doesnt have a mototcycle endorsement, driving without a license.

It doesnt matter if it cant be proven that he paid cash for the bike or not. It is stolen and somebody erased the VIN. Possession being 9/10ths of the law, he is going to take the fall for all the above.

Even with a good lawyer, I dont see him walking away with probation on this one. Not to mention restitution for the wrecked motorcycle and car.

Best of luck and plan on writing to him in prison.

Suzuki ltz 400 a beginners quad bike?

hiijinx

Hey people,
Im saving up for a quad bike and Im most probably going to buy a suzuki LTZ 400.I havent been on a quad bike since i was a kid.Just wondering if this is a good choice or not really,Ive seen Videos on youtube and think I'll be fine.Oh and it will be used for work and fun down the local tracks too,not racing or anything

Thanks guys :)

Answer
Quads are good fun. I would if i were you. The LTZ is a nice quad, so go for it.

Need help with buying a quad.?

King T

I need help. I never owned one, but I've rode some before. I want a LOUD quad. Like how people have modded cars. I want a LOUD and FAST but also cheap quad. I'm a very very very big kid (Not fat) I weigh 180.

Answer
Well first of all when picking a quad bike to buy you need to include the following bellow ?

1.) Price
2.) reliability
3.) Make of quad engine size.
4.) automatic or manual semi auto.

Waring do not buy Chinese quad bikes they look super fantastic Beautiful and they are cheap but they will break down and the frame will crack and the brakes and the plastics so on i bought a Chinese dirt bike and it broke the first day. Its your money and your opinion but i would not get one.

You are better off getting a good Japanese quad like Honda, kawasaki so on.

What to look out for when buying a quad. Well i have 2 dirt bikes one is kawasaki and one is ktm they never brake down in the last two years. The reason is they are good quality and are made well.

When buying a quad

1.) look at owners history ask ware the bike was bought ring store to make sure it was not stolen.

2.) check engine for modification of cheap parts.
3.) reve the quad about 5 times to see if there is anything wrong with the power of the quad.
4.) look at quad see if it has gotten a hard rider who has probably rode the quad like mad and has wrecked it.
5.) If the quad looks bad walk away there are lots more for sale.

If it looks to good to be true it is probably not true.

Ps buy a good reliable brand which you will have good fun on and be safe.

Good look in buying your quad.

Okay, i want to buy a 'road bike' you know. a bike for the road? Anyway, im just a kid and don't want anything 'to nice' and def. not 'to expensive'.

I'm even looking for a used one. But what should i look for wand what should i know...

where can i find a GOOD N' CHEAP one?

HELP! any addition info would be great, im using it to ride around, and ride to my highschool

Answer
Go for a mountain bike, MTB. Cool, tough, versatile.

Cheap? That get's a bit complicated.

Use the internet to educate yourself about MTBs. Then shop garage sales, flea markets, craigslist, whereever.

As a general rule, the most expensive bikes, tho not necessarily the best, will be at your local bike shop. There you get a lot of service before an after the sale.

Shop the box stores. Target may have the edge on Walmart for quality, a term used loosely for box store bikes. But, they are relatively cheap up front, and if you know what you're doing, might work out ok.

The internet is loaded with MTB shops. Look them over. You'll have to finish assembly and figure in shipping cost.

BMX Mongoose bikes, 1st time buyer. Help me?

Edward C

Hi, so i am in the market for a bike! My 1st bike in over a long time so oviously i don't have a clue on anything anymore. When i was a kid all i cared about was if i could get on haha..

Anyways, i am 19 years old and going to be 20 soon and i am 5'8 in height. So i guess your average guy...

I am very interested in getting a Mongoose BMX bike. Not dirt bike or anything like that, just a bmx bike for tricks and transportatino of course. But well, how do i choose the right one for my age and height? I don't want to look like a complete idiot riding a kids bike and vice versa

Any advice?

Thank you very much!

Here is a pic of the ideal bike

NOTE: I am not going to be making some sick tricks yet. I have to remember all i used to know and then take it from there. Thank you very much :D I am looking at the bike im going to get as we speak!

Answer
Whats style of riding will you be doing when not riding around?

Street
Street/Park
Park/Vert
Dirt Jump/Trails
Flatland

You can do all the above mentioned on a flatland bike but you will break parts and possibly the frame.Make sure you get a bike suited for the style of riding you will be doing.

Mongoose is no longer what Mongoose once was.I believe they are another company that sold out to Pacific Cycles like GT did. They have the super crappy department store modles (Mongoose Hoop D and Rebel and such) and then they have their top of the line models that you have to get at a real bike store but even then, for the money there is much much better out there.

Take a look around at danscomp.com

Also, try and buy a bike that has a frame made from 100% 4130 chromoly or atleast one where the front triangle of the frame (head tube, toptube, downtube, and seat tube, sometimes reffered to as main frame) are made from 4130 chromoly.Hi Ten Steel sucks,it's much heavier then Chromoly and chromoly is much stronger then Hi Tensile Steel is when dealing with same thickness/diameter tubing.

Danscomp.com also does promo codes so that you can get either 20% off your orders total or free shipping.

When do kids usually take their training wheels off their bikes?

Mira

Answer
It depends on the child and when they feel comfortable taking them off. My youngest sister was 4, my other sister and my brother were both like 5, and I was about 7.

I've known kids who were as young as 3 who could ride a bike without training wheels and i've known kids as old as 10 who just felt comfortbale with taking the training wheeels off.

Most kids I think are about 4 to 6 years old though.

My son is 5 years old (although physically he is more on the level of a 3 year old) and he has just started riding a trike good about 6 months ago, and we are going to be getting him his own bike soon, but the training wheels are probably going to be on for quite awhile as he isn't going to be able to ride a two wheeler bike for a long time.

Balance bike or training wheels?

that brims

A little background: My eldest daughter wanted a bike a few years ago, and so we got her a really nice one with training wheels... which she is really nervous about riding. I'd forgotten how much training wheels suck. So here we are two years later, and she still can't ride a bike.

The question: Now my three year old wants a bike, so I'm wondering, does anyone have experience with those balance bikes? Are they worth it, or just kind of gimmicky? Should I just stick with the flawed, but time-tested training wheels? How did your kids learn to ride a bike?

Answer
Got my daughter a balance bike at age two (a Strider... light weight and sturdy.. the wood ones seem to break all the time and are very heavy.) She LOVES it and scoots around everywhere with it. At age three, got her a bike with training wheels.. she's still not taken that much interest in it, though rides it once in awhile for the novelty. We're thinking (she's nearly four) of taking the training wheels off... feel she might actually do better without them. IF she had been taller when we'd bought the Strider, might have gone right to a peddle bike and just removed the peddles and turned it into a balance bike in order to save $$.. BUT the Strider isn't that costly and I think it will likely have a resale value when it's time to move on from it.

My girl hasn't mastered the peddle bike yet, but she's a pro on the balance bike and she's really enjoyed it. Jury's still out on whether or not it helped her learn to ride a peddle bike, but regardless, she's had a blast with it.

Anyone have experience with bike trailers?

McG

I am looking for a light, folding, 2 child trailer with quick release wheels. I've looked on line, but have zero experience with them. Can one upgrade the tires to narrow high pressure tires? Do they affect the handling of the bike? If you have used one, do the kids really like riding along? All that kind of stuff.

Answer
I've been using a Kool Stop Lil Trooper bike trailer for almost 4 years now. I agree with the other two answers about having the trailer but I would also have to say that narrow high pressure tires probably aren't a good alternative to what the trailers offer already.

While mine is a decent $200 trailer, the first answer has a Burley D'Lite- which is literally the "Cadillac of Trailers." They have every thoughtful touch including padded seating, recesses for the helmet and tinted windows. Mine doesn't even have quick release. The way I see it is if the D'Lite doesn't offer the feature, it probably offers no advantage. In fact, it may even be unsafe to have narrow tires. The D' Lite is the leader in trailer technology and it is also one of the most expensive because of that.

About the kids being bored: My son no longer rides in the trailer but his 15 month old baby brother does. After the intial ride, neither of my kids gave me any qualms about riding in there. Give them some treats, a drink, and something to keep them busy (toys, coloring books, etc.) and they are good to go. They usually look out the windows or go to sleep- which is what they do best in the trailer.

As long as they see Daddy in front, they don't worry. I'll ride a 40 mile ride with one of them in the back and I just let them get out and play for about half an hour at my halfway rest stop before heading back. No worries. Your experiences may be different but when they normally see me riding my bike without them, they are just glad to come along at times. Heck, it gives my wife a break too unless she comes along.

Also, it's recommended that you not exceed 20 mph with the trailer. I found out why when the trailer began to feel unstable when I hit 25 mph a few times. No worries. With the extra weight, you'll want to save your legs on any ride over 15 miles anyway.

Trailers will affect the handling of your bike and make sure that you have either a full steel or aluminum frame bike with at least 32 spoked wheels to pull them with. I had to buy an all aluminum bike while biuying my trailer because the LBS said that a carbon frame or carbon rear frame will crack from the stresses of a trailer. My original bike was a carbon Trek. Titanium is also a no-no.

There are many choices out there when buying a bike trailer. Burley is at the top of the list. Even their barebones Burley Bee trailer is good.

Cannondale trailers are really impressive and they are up there with Burley in terms of technology. Many riders like their unique, more aerodynamic profiles.

Kool Stop is good and they are a family owned company that strongly backs their products. Just make sure to go for a higher end trailer than the Lil Trooper.

A really good trailer that has had a strong cult following but are now being recognized by the masses are Chariot trailers. They are a Canadian company that makes exceptional trailers. Chariot used to make most of Burley's trailers until many buyer's found out that Chariots were the same trailers they were looking at purchasing from Burley and can be had for less. Now Burley makes their own.

Basic requirements that will make your trips easier are quick release skewers ( as you mentioned) AND aluminum rims. You may even want to make sure that your trailer had a rear window in the trunk area so that air can flow threw it on hot days. If you decide you want the D'Lite but it seems cost-prohibitive, consider a used one. Most used trailers have very low miles and are in great condition because they are used so little. That's good for you because you can buy used for a lot less than a new one. Sorry this is so long winded but I'm trying to get as much info to you, so that you will be better prepared when you go shopping for one. Good luck with your purchase.

is this a good beginner bike?

http://www.vitalbmx.com/product/guide/Bikes,6/Diamondback/Joker,1844
I need a bmx

Answer
Yes, this is a fine beginner bike. The three piece crank, FSA headset and rear brake set (tektro) set this one above most beginner BMXs. For under $200 you aren't going to find much better. Performance has them on sale for $199 this week.

However, I would seriously consider spending $40 more and getting the 2010 Diamondback Nitrus instead. Same bike with an aluminum frame.

FYI: The first poster is dead wrong. Aside from the GMC being a cheap piece of cr@p to begin with, a multi-speed, dropped handlebar road bike like that is inappropriate for most beginners.

You made a good choice. There are lots of department store bikes that are cheaper and since these are outgrown quickly many parents (guilty as charged) buy as cheap as possible. The results are frustration as the kid has to deal with a poorly functioning, always half-broken bike and Dad is always fixing it and dealing with it's poor design and cheap components. You can find half decent department store bikes but you have to look hard and even still they are really only for true first timers. This bike should last a while.

Product Description
For aspiring little Grand Prix champs, this mini motorbike - complete with cool racing decals and realistic sounds - is the most excitement this side of the checkered flag!

My boys ages 2 and 4 love this bike! My two year old hadn't gotten the concept of steering in 1 year of owning his tricycle but in a few minutes on a motorized bike he figured it out after running into enough walls. Originally I purchased this bike for my older son only and got my 2 year old a three wheel smaller version from another company that was supposed to go the same speed...it didn't. My older son was running 3 laps around my younger son litterally as they rode around the house. I didn't think that my younger son would be able to handle the bigger bike but to our surprise when my oldest turned his back he jumped on his bike and took off!...so we sent his bike back and ordered him the mini motorcross as well. I like that they have to master coordinating their feet and steering and the switch of forward and reverse...very user friendly for the kids.

Answer
This "so-called" bicycle? http://www.amazon.com/Fusion-Suspension-Mountain-Orange-26-Inch/dp/B001DERH4E

A) Yes, you are waaaaay too tall for that bike.
B) Quit thinking tire or wheel size. You NEED a bigger (taller) FRAME size.
C) It's a crappy bike.
D) With a cheap full suspension bike you will B-O-U-N-C-E down the road more than ride down the road.
E) Unless you're off road a LOT - you don't NEED a full squish bike, especially a cheap one. Suspension parts absorb or soak up YOUR energy. With every stroke of the pedals, part of YOUR energy is soaked up by those parts & NOT transmitted to the rear wheel.

Want or need a good bike? Then Go To A Bicycle Shop - not online. You can test ride anything you like B4 the sale. Amazing! That "thing" you referred to would be broke in 6 months to a year at the most. Designed for kids & teenagers - not someone 6' 3" tall.

Where should I start learning about sport bikes online?

Robbie

Im interested in getting a bike this summer, and I know very little about bikes and not many people in VT ride anything but harleys, and they're just obnoxious really. Which scene is best really into the Repsol replicas Honda puts out. I figured Honda would be a good place to start, and the rice label doesnt really stand on their bikes. I definitely want to start out with a 1000cc bike. I started out driving a 300zx and developed very transferable skills, versus my friends that drove little toyotas.
Ducatti?
Ninja?
CBR?
Thanks, sorry if you think im ignorant.

Answer
You have only one skill that is "transferable" to motorcycling: You know that you use the right-hand side of the road. That's it, kid.
ANY sport-bike--from 600cc up--is for experienced riders only, and that's NOT you. It's pretty much a race-bike with lights, and will leave a 300ZX in its dust. How many cars do 0-60 mph in under four seconds? What car drivers think of as a good 0-60 time is a decent time for a bike--in a 1/4-mile drag! Frankly, the acceleration, cornering and agility of sport-bikes are dynamics that car drivers can't even imagine. But these capabilities also come with the potential of fatally cartwheeling yourself into the landscape.
Enroll a basic riding course, start small, and move up as your skills develop--over the years, not in mere months.

what is the cheapest track bike you can buy online?

Adioman

trying to find the cheapest track bike you can buy online

Answer
you can't really get a cheap real track bike online...except maybe used off craigslist or ebay (and even then due to kids wanting to buy them on the internet its rather inflated prices). if you are just wanting a single speed frame that can be run with a fixed cog & lock-ring, bikesdirect.com is probably your best bet. the more relaxed road geometry is probably best for you if you are just tooling around town. if you are planning on riding the track however, your going to be paying more. Debernardis are pretty alright for the price (paint chips tho). Soma's Rush has track geometery too and would make a good entry bike. TheBikeBiz sells them all.

Bicycle safety?

Jordie

I recently bought a bicycle with the rear child seat attached. I bought it used at a thrift store so it didnt have safety instructions for the seat.

How old does the child have to be before they can ride in it? My 7 month old sits up perfectly by herself and is very strong. But I cant find a safety helmet for anyone under age 3. I have tried walmart and toys'r'us.

Can I put my daughter in the seat? Do they make safety helmets for young babies? If so, where can I find one?

Thanks for any help!

Answer
I believe all bike seats and bike trailers require a child to be at least 1 year. There are helmets available for toddlers, but I believe they also say for 1 year and older. Our local hospital does fittings and helmet sales but only for children over 1 year.

What's a good bicycle trailer for a baby/toddler?

Schnatzel

Answer
Unfortunately, you can't put a baby in a bike trailer. Even with a helmet, it's not safe. All the trailer manuals say you can't use them with a child under 1 year old. (It's for the same reason a child that young can't ride in a forward-facing car seat.)

The two commonly available top-of-the-line models are Chariot or Burley. The Chariots are nice because the front wheels--the ones you'd use if you were using the trailer as a stroller--go UNDER the rider's compartment instead of out front like the Burley.

That said, I have a double Burley. It was on super-sale at REI, and we're members, so we got it for half-price.

My 4 year old and 2 year old love it.

Do you always do what your toddler wants to do?

Happy Momm

My 2yr old is whining to go outside. It's still early here and cold out so I don't want to go out right now...but we always go out in the afternoon. Or sometimes he wants to play Elmo games on my laptop, but I don't want him to because he's being too rough w it. My question is do you just try to keep your child happy or do you say no when you don't feel like letting them do something?
Darkangel- your reasoning sounds like since Ive let him use the laptop before he should always be able to. Not true. If he's playing nicely with it, yes, if he's being rough, no, he can't have it.

Answer
If I did, he would never wear clothes. He would always be either outside playing "awesome" (pushing a riding toy up an inclined driveway at an empty house and riding down the hill) or he would be eating cookies. My older children would constantly be wearing princess dresses and bad makeup, occasionally coming outside to ride bikes.

Being a mom means balancing everyone's needs. Don't forget to balance your own needs too! If you can't deal with going outside now, then put in a movie and forget about it.

Bicycle for College?

Dave

I will be moving to a new area down at the beach for college and will need a way of getting around to classes.

I have always been interested in cycling and have in the past considered a racing bike.

But this is college and my bike might be possibly stolen. What type of bike will be best for this situation and could someone point me towards some brands?

Answer
As I did for myself, kids, and nieces over the years, go garage sailing or garbage picking. Find something in reasonable working order, all the better if if it doesn't look like much. Flashy is bad if you don't want to attract the eye of the local ne'er-do-wells. Put some time (clean running gear, repack bearings) and a few bucks into parts (new tires, tubes, maybe a chain) to make sure its going to be reliable.

Speed is irrelevant for getting around campus. An MTB, or something heavy duty is better. Knobby tires don't flat as easily as your lighter weight touring and racing tires.

I need a bicycle for my kid?

I am in saudi arabia.i need a bicycle to be delivered in india by cash on delivery only.any online shopping portals? most of them dont have this item ? please help!

Answer
I would recommend either buying a second hand bicycle locally to near where you live, or buying a brand new bicycle in your local bike shop. You can also buy one online, however the postage costs will be a lot.
