Just to tell you, I live in Toronto. Here are some pointers.
Kids can't go in without adults just to tell you, rule in Canada. Also, how old is your brother? It might affect him, like some might be boring. Or scary. Depends.
-Ontario Place: www.ontarioplace.com Though, the waterpark, and the IMAX theatre and some concessions are closed because of remake as a provincial landmark, and use for the 2015 Pam games.
-CN Tower http://www.cntower.ca/Intro.html Very tall tower, there is a glass floor too! New!! Introducing SkyWalk, for 12 and up, be outside the tower with only a string attaching you, million of feets above! I tried it, awesome!
-ROM museum (Royal Ontario Museum) http://www.rom.on.ca/ It's a nice museum. Special exhibit now: Ancient Maya and 2012
-Ontario Science Centre www.ontariosciencecentre.ca AWESOME SCIENCE CENTRE with a lot of hand on exhibits. Great place for kids, and cool exhibits. Older teens and adults might be bored.... In NorthYork
-Canada's Wonderland! Epic scary roller coasters for teens, family and kids place for well... families and kids. Behemoth and Levithian is 70 and 80 degrees drop. ton of thrills, Planet Snoopy for kids, great waterpark, and Wonder Mountain. In Vaughan, Ontario. http://www.canadaswonderland.com/
-Sometimes, Rogers Centre has nice on ice shows like DISNEY ON ICE. check website for details.
-COMING SOON! A Ripley's Believe It or Not! Aquarium that's opening in 2013.

-CNE Opens in summer and fall only.http://www.theex.com/ Also stands for Canadian National Exhibition. Outdoor Temporary Amusement Park
-There are some events and kid activities at LakeFront. Check it out.
-In the winter, there is the Nathan Phillips Square Skating Rink that is huge. Depends on weather, and only in winter. Anyone can go, without adults, too!
-www.centralisland.ca Central Island Amusment Park. You take a ferry, and go there to have fun, picnic, stroll or bike. Family favourite! Ferry fee..
-www.casaloma.org Casa Loma is a historical castle. Never went there, but you can give a try>
-Hockey Hall of Fame www.hhof.com Breakaway to the Hockey Hall of Fame where an action-packed lineup of exciting games, contests and activity stations, where you can test your hockey skills in the simulated rink
-Vaughan: Nascar Speed Park www.NASCARSpeedPark.com You can go kart, rock climb, bumper car, or play in acrade. Near Wonderland, in Vaughan Mills Mall, which is SO HUGE, btw.

No, this is 2013 not 1998. WWE doesn't do Biking Matches anymore. In fact WWE just hired a Vice President of Kids Entertainment.
