where to buy "supporting" wheels for Kids bicycle?

One of the supporting wheels (the small wheels) of my kids bicycle is broken. I tried online, but no luck.Please help me with some information about where I can find the supporting wheels? Thanks in advance

My daughters 12 inch bicycle has a flat tire though i could not locate the puncture. How do i get it fixed? Taking the wheel out is itself a challenge on those bikes. Can someone help or have somilar experience?
